"OK, so I was really excited to order and try BETR health meals. First of all, there brand story and information about losing weight is very compelling. I wanted to see if their meal delivery lived up the hype! and it did! BETR Health is a health weight loss food company that provides level 1 and level 2 meals to restore and improve your gut health. I read the reviews before I ordered and everyone was raving about how the meals transformed their life so I was super excited to try. I am not in the weight loss program or even trying to lose weight but I wanted to get meals delivered so I thought I would give them a try. I had to order about $200 of food as a minimum order amount so that was less than optimal. I prefer to order $60-$100 in food in the first order and have a coupon code but since it was BETR health, I decided I would make an exception. I ordered mostly level 1 foods and it was beef chili, beef with eggplant, chicken cacciatore and vegetable dishes like steamed cabbage. The food taste and quality was 10/10 but I thought the serving size was a bit misleading. The serving sizes are like 200 calories which to me seems too low to get by. In the end, I didn't eat much of the steamed vegetables like cabbage because it was just too much plain vegetables and I love veggies. So all in all, the food was great and perfectly cooked but I didn't think it had the value for a $200 min and if I wasn't in their program, which I am not, I wouldn't do it again. I am glad I tried it and it lived up the hype!"
