"What I really like about Eat Fit, is the meal prep is fresh and local. It's not some fancy marketing thing where there is alot of packaging. Eat Fit is just what you need. The delivery and communication of the home delivery is top notch. The owner even reached out to us when we first tried them and offer discounts on our second order. I just get a very warm feeling about this meal service and that's why I love their food. The food is excellent, healthy, is an elite all-around service if you are looking for local, professional and trustworthy. It's simple and basic so if you want fancy recipes, this might not be the best choice for you. If you want healthy whole foods that come from food ingredients, then this is a great choice. They have macros, expiration date, and label clearly which gives you the confidence about their food prep and delivery service. "
"Eat fit is consistently good. Their menu changes weekly and they have regular, keto, and vegan options. They are local and deliver fresh, their regular meals are often a meat, brown rice, and veggie. They sometimes have fish options too which I’ve liked, since I prefer fish over meat. Their keto eggplant was aweeesome and I would probably eat it every week if I could. They offer bulk meat, veggies and rice which was a great value in my opinion. Their Sunday evening delivery time was also convenient. Cons: the first time I ordered the rice was really dry/undercooked, but it was fine the rest of the times. While the pricing is really good, the portions felt a bit small, maybe part of the meal prep/calorie conscious portioning. That’s also where ordering bulk helped for family meals."
