"On their website the food really sounded good and not as unhealthy as most delivery services. The first order they forgot to include something’s , very difficult to contact, takes awhile for a response. They did credit the missing items with a discount for next order. Decided to try again, this time order did not come on the delivery date when finally got in touch with someone was told it was overnighted and will receive the next day but given no tracking number. Never came, when I questioned them and again very difficult to contact was told the label didn’t include whole address and blamed me for the mistake. If they had bothered checking all my info in my acct was correct and I had to try to contact delivery service to correct their mistake. Food still not delivered, now 4 days late so food can not be eaten at this pt. Offered my a partial refund and told basically once they give food to delivery service it’s out of their hands, incorrect and blamed me again for not providing correct info, again incorrect. It’s a shame because food was pretty good, but very unorganized, poor customer service, I don’t think their quite ready yet to be shipping and probably should just stick to local deliveries, really disappointing "
