"First time trying EatFitz, the food was cooked to perfection and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I liked that I can customize exactly what proteins, sides and vegetables come in my meals. This is light on the butters, oils and other heavy additives like salts you may get from other prepared foods and meal preps. If you really want to eat clean, control your macros and gain weight or lose weight, this is a great option. The pricing is very competitive at about $10/plate. You really can't beat it especially with delivery to your door. I would highly recommend this service if you want to eat clean, eat healthy, have fitness goals, and if you are on a budget. If you have a picky palette and need complex recipes and family-friendly classic meals, then you should go with something else."
