"I have had one order so far. I like the light cooking aspect, which means cooking the meat but no chopping required. The meals are delicious but not truly large enough to satisfy by themselves. The included vegetables were scanty. Vegetables are cheap so why skimp on them? I added a salad and more vegetables to our meals. Most annoying, and the reason I will be ending my subscription is the limited delivery day options. Unlike other meal services, Georgie and Tom’s does not allow a Sunday or Monday delivery, and Tuesday deliveries are always “sold out” meaning that in reality, you can’t get your order until,Wednesday. Tuesdays are my busiest day and I can’t have my food on Tuesday! They have free delivery, meaning that the cost of the meal is built into the delivery but they must have made a deal with delivery services that they won’t send food to be delivered on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday! My son has. A different service and he gets his deliveries every Sunday. The only reason not to deliver on those days is that it saves the company money, and it doesn’t matter that it is inconvenient for the customer. "

"They mailed me a flyer - pictures made the food look great so I tried to sign up and order. I couldn't. The website wouldn't take my order! I sent an email to let them know. They said they have hundreds of people signing up. Did you not think to build a website that worked before singing up? For now, I've given up...but they have hundreds of other customers! ;-) "

"We have tried Georgie and Tom’s for a couple of weeks and we think it is amazing. Better than anything we have tried out there. Every meals is very different with rich flavors. Amazing! Highly recommended! "

"I ordered a trial box to evaluate their meals. 2 meals were to be sent. While awaiting this trial box they charged me for a second trial box (which I hadn’t ordered). I still haven’t received original box of meals and they don’t respond to any emails regarding my account. Very frustrating and disappointing."

When first order arrived, avocados were soft and rotten, and I didn't get the correct number of chicken breasts. Multiple efforts to contact them went unanswered. Customer care is nonexistent. How does that work?"
