Meal Proz

"They have good meals but the service is undependable. I bought from them for about a year and a half. Started out great, but staff changes and I would go to the Gattis School Rd. location and they would not be able to find my meals. After I left and would get all the way back to Georgetown the would call me and tell me they found them behind another package. I tried paying the delivery fee and that did not work either. Sometimes the driver would not show up until 9:30 on Sunday night. One time she texted me that she would not be able to deliver before midnight. I recently switched to pick up at Fact Fitness because it was a little more convenient for me to pick up. Three out of the five times I have went to pick up there was a problem. One time they messed up and delivered them to the Gattis School Rd. location and I spoke to Nick tge owner he said oopsie. So after driving to Fact Fitness I was told to go pick up at Gattis School Rd. I got an apology, but no offer to comp me for my inconvenience. Today was the last straw. I showed up at Fact Fitness to pick up my meals and guess what…. They were not there. Talked to Nick the owner again and got the BS story that the delivery driver had not made it to Fact Fitness to drop off my meals. He said I could call him each time ahead of time to find out when my meals would be there. I am sorry but my time is valuable and I do not have all day Sunday to chase down my Meal Proz. I ask for a refund and will move on to a more dependable service. Even UPS and FedX are more dependable. "
